where do i get healer gear every time i go into a dungeon im told i have dps gear where do i get healer gear and how do i know what is dps gear and what is healer gear

I get disconnected as soon as i log into world of warcraft?
i enter my battle.net username and password. it says connected, success, then a little box pops up and says disconnected. is there anyway i can fix this?

How do I zoom out in World of Warcraft?
I've zoomed in that much that all I can see if a faint picture of my character, i can barely see the character and its driving me crazy. If you dont get what i'm saying How do I zoom out my person so i can see the full body ?

Exactly what the question says. For example, I can have 1, 2, 3, 4, etc activate certain spells. I want to have shift and control do the same if possible.More specifically I mean... making shift so it is no longer a modifier key

1. What is the population like in the realm " Eitrigg" ? By that I mean is it about 50 % Horde and %50 Alliance? Or is it something else like 30 40? Whats the answer? 2. Are the horde quests harder than the alliances? If so, how much harder? I am going to work on a Blood elf or maybe trool or tuaren.Thanks
